Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and update this information as needed.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By using SewaLokasi, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Booking Process

All bookings made through SewaLokasi are subject to acceptance by the location owner. A booking is only confirmed after you receive a confirmation email from our platform.

Property Condition

You agree to use the rented location in accordance with its intended purpose. You must respect the condition of the property and return it in the same condition as received (normal wear and tear excluded).

Location Rules

Each location may have specific rules and restrictions. You agree to comply with all rules provided by the location owner. Violations may result in immediate termination of your booking and forfeiture of fees.

Capacity & Safety

You agree not to exceed the maximum capacity limit of the location. You are responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants during your shoot or event.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before the booking date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets.

Pricing Information

All prices displayed on our platform are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Prices may include or exclude taxes and additional fees as specified for each location. Additional charges may apply for extra services or extended time.

Deposits & Fees

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within the specified timeframe. Administrative fees and service charges may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the booking date to be eligible for a refund.

Refund Schedule:

• 7+ days before: 100% refund (minus service fee)
• 3-7 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days: No refund

Location Owner Cancellation

If the location owner cancels, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. We will assist you in finding an alternative location or rebooking if possible.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain fees such as service charges, processing fees, and insurance premiums may not be refundable even in case of cancellation.

SewaLokasi Content

All content on the SewaLokasi platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SewaLokasi or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, including photos, reviews, and ratings. By uploading content to our platform, you grant SewaLokasi a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content.

Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, or create derivative works of SewaLokasi content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
